Louis A. Ciurca, Sr., EA is CEO and co-founder of Bottom Line Tax Accounting and Business Services, Inc. For over thirty years as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller Lou worked closely with all levels of management, board members and committees, government agencies and vendors to help build vibrant, sustainable enterprises in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Having helped launch hundreds of businesses he has advised entrepreneurs on all aspects of operating a business. To many business owners he has been their "part time" CFO. Lou also has over thirty years of experience as a tax practitioner working in CPA firms and as an owner of two public accounting firms. This unique blend of finance, accounting, taxation, and business consulting skills makes him ideally suited to serve a broad spectrum of business and individual needs.
Lou has been on the Pima Community College adjunct faculty, served on numerous boards, presented personal finance and tax seminars, provided financial counseling for hundreds of individuals and families and has presented at Micro Advancement Center (MAC) to prospective and existing business owners.
He maintains memberships in the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Tax Practitioners and the National Association of Enrolled Agents and numerous Chambers of Commerce. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology with dual majors in Business Management and Accounting.
Lou is a member of C.O.R.E Life Ministries and serves on the Elder Board.
Anna Lopez - Ciurca is Vice President and co-founder of Bottom Line Tax, Accounting and Business Services, Inc. A Tucson native, Anna has over thirty-five years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including the Arizona state government. She brings a wealth of knowledge in public relations, marketing, taxation, collections, personal injury, insurance billing and investigations. She is an experienced tax preparer and personal financial counselor. Anna was also a member of the Marketing and Outreach team for the University of Arizona Health Plan. She is an effective communicator and "idea" person who enjoys working with the clients to develop practical marketing and sales strategies, which help bolster the "bottom line".
Very active in the Tucson community, Anna has served on numerous boards, committees, community projects, and political campaigns.
She is currently a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), where she served as Chair of the Public Policy Committee and is a staunch advocate for woman in business. She is a member of numerous chambers of commerce and is a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute. She also attended Pima Community College where she majored in Business Administration. Currently, she is studying for the rigorous IRS Enrolled Agents Exam.
